We want every engagement to succeed. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled across our services and the Startup Digital Kit.
01Project-based work
Project fees are tied to milestones defined in your statement of work. Work completed and approved up to a cancellation point is non-refundable, as it represents delivered value.
Advance payments for work not yet started may be refunded, less any costs already incurred on your behalf.
02Startup Digital Kit
Because the Startup Digital Kit bundles third-party setup (domains, hosting, trademarks, publications), the one-time fee becomes non-refundable once provisioning has begun.
If you cancel before any setup work starts, you are eligible for a full refund.
03Subscriptions & renewals
Annual maintenance and renewal fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the renewal period begins. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
04How to request a refund
Email sales@renzar.com with your project or order reference. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within five business days.
