The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed between you and Renzar. Those documents take precedence over general information on this site.
Indicative starting prices shown on the site are estimates only and not binding quotes.
03Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause ongoing work.
04Intellectual property
Ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks that remain the property of Renzar or third parties.
05Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renzar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
